Great overall FREE app! This is particularly helpful for middle school aged children through adults. It gives a plethora of options and information from inspirational quotes to guided PMR, Visualizations, Meditations, and other coping strategies. You can keep track of your worrisome thoughts, get ideas for how to manage different difficult situations and more! This is also available for iPhone.
Sleep Help:

Good for many ages, particularly teen to adult. (This has not failed me yet when I have had a difficult time falling asleep.) This is also available for iPhone.

FREE app specific to help children ease into sleep.
Educational Assistance/Tutoring:
Both apps are FREE and offer different educational topics (e.g. Algebra, Physics, Philosophy, etc.) for grade levels K and up.

This is the same maker as Deep Relax and Deep Sleep. These meditations are a minimum of 20 minutes, so this may be better suited for a child who has tried and liked some of the shorter meditations. Or you could just listen to part of it. There are different options for topics of focus such as enjoy school, make friends, study better, sleep better, and confidence. This is also available for iPhone.
